Welcome to the Suburbs with Andy and Greg — Season 4, Episode 99
Some people move into a neighborhood, introduce themselves, and gradually get to know their neighbors.
Others call the HOA president with a list of demands before they’ve even unpacked.
In Episode 99, Greg encounters the latter.
The new owner of a neighboring lake property has questions about fences, trees, the community pier, and dredging the lake. Actually, they’re less like questions and more like instructions. The conversation gets even stranger when Greg attempts to meet the mysterious homeowner, who claims to be living somewhere that he apparently isn’t.
Meanwhile, Andy shares a Walmart shopping adventure that goes sideways in the soda aisle. What begins as a simple question about blocking someone’s way turns into a confrontation that sends another shopper retreating in the opposite direction.
And that’s just the beginning.
There’s a discussion about how few Americans eat enough fruits and vegetables, a European anniversary vacation that requires some creative credit card maneuvering, and a AAA representative whose delivery is so perfectly scripted that she gets mistaken for a robot.
Then it’s back to the 1980s for stories from the rock band Clarion.
One vegetarian lighting technician, a half-meat, half-cheese pizza, and an unfortunate incident involving meat juice. Add a recording studio with a strict no-girlfriends policy, an unexpected pizza delivery, and a band that finally decided it had played its last bar gig.
Some stories improve with age. Others just get stranger.
